Just payed for NT and am disappointed.

    Just payed for NT and am disappointed.

    So i am waiting for FOMC minutes report.
    I have 2 stop orders one above current levels and one below
    six seconds later 2:00pm price makes its move, my orders never trigger
    not even at a good price, a crappy price, terrible slippage awful slippage nope NOTHING nada zero never triggered.

    So once i miss the move i still see these pending orders , i click every X imaginable on the chart on the DOM and they will not disappear. So i am scared if price reverses and this thing decides to then process my order i will be in the wrong direction so i call my broker
    say they have no positions opened just a bunch of canceled orders.

    on top of that my orders tab show identical orders placed an hour before hand before the orders i actually placed?? clearly some sort of corrupt file or something...
    .
    and going through the log i clearly see my orders where placed a good 50 seconds before any climatic move.
    so my question is can i expect this type of failure on very fast price movements?

    PS: and these where no huge orders , im talking single contract orders.

    Considering to ask for a refund and free month of trading at least to see if it was just a bad cosmic align of the stars that on that precise moment this thing would fail me.

    Hello eddiea6987,

    Are you using an automated NinjaScript strategy to place these orders?

    Are the orders showing in orange on the Orders tab of the Control Center?

    I can look into this for you, but I will need to see your log and trace files to understand what has happened with these orders. Please send me an email to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with Attn Chelsea written in the email. Also, please include a link to this forum thread.

        Well emailed Chelsea the logs and she explained to me what happened and it makes perfect sense and it was my fault, I apologize for any defamation of character to the NT platform!
        I was not paid to say that haha.

        Nice quick response too. Thanks guys, still sucks i missed a nice move today
