    Different bars calculation

Hi , I just very upset by ninja calculation of each bar. In live every bar have specific High/Low/Open/Close. After second running NT those bar have different High/Low/Open/Close. Its probably time stamps but I wanna exactly same bars like in Live mode! Can u give me any advice?
I do use tick chart for YM, ES instruments.
    My data provider is Continuum.

    Thanks
    Jake

    Hello Jake,

    Thank you for your post.

I have not seen this occur on my end. Can you provide an example of this matter? If possible, please provide a screenshot of the chart in real-time with the time displayed on the bottom of the chart and a screenshot of the same chart but historically and with different data.

I look forward to your response.

        Hello Jakub,

        Thank you for your response.

What is the bar type used in this chart? If a Tick chart, what value? Example: 150 Tick

Do you connect to any other data feed providers other than Continuum?

I do use only tick charts. Data provider is continuum. I don't use any other Data providers.
          Thanks.

              Hello Jake,

Thank you for providing that information.

Please go to Tools > Options > Data > do you have 'Save chart data as historical' enabled? If so, please disable and reload historical data on your chart. If this is not the case, please shut down NinjaTrader and then go to (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db > and delete the 'cache' folder in the 'db' folder > then restart NinjaTrader.

I believe either the data is being corrupted or saved incorrectly as I do not see the same time on my end.

                Hi Patrick,

Yesterday I did follow your steps and it did not work. So I did delete also all data folders and I had same result. Today morning I did exactly same steps (deleted all data folders) and I untick box for "Get data from server (if available)" . Data are correct . I don't know what was wrong , but now I have real time data as historical.

                Thanks for your time
                Jake
