IB Error on loading chart

    IB Error on loading chart

    Hello,
    When I try to open a chart in NT (eg, AA) I get error:

    Error on loading chart data for 'AA Ise': Historical Market Data Service error message:No market data permissions for ISE STK
    Error on loading chart data for 'AA Default': Historical Market Data Service error message:No market data permissions for NYSE STK
    Error on loading chart data for 'AA Nyse': Historical Market Data Service error message:No market data permissions for NYSE STK
    (I tried for several exchanges)

    There is also error:
    efault Market data farm connection is inactive but should be available upon demand.usfarm.us 2108

    In Trader Workstation I can open a chart.


    NT 7.0.1000.22
    Trader Workstation Build 936.9q,

    Thank you for your post.

    The required build of TWS for NinjaTrader is 938.1. You can download this build from the link below.



    You will also want to make sure that your API configuration settings are correct by following the steps in the connection guide.

    Please let me know if you still experience an issue after upgrading to the required build of TWS and checking your configuration settings.

      Something must be wrong with my life account. On the demo account works fine.
      Maybe I need to subscribe data. But on a demo account are free...

        Please also include your configuration file as an attachment so that I may test your connection.
        • You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
        • (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

        Once located, please attach the config.xml file to your support request.
