    .....

    In 2 recent connections lost....have then created a new chart and it also shows
    a similar data gap....is this to be expected.??....is Ninja getting these same data gaps and if so possibly looked into the reasons why ??

    Hello Alfred,

    Thanks for your post.

    Please restart NinjaTrader, connect, right click on your chart, and select Reload All Historical Data.

    If this does not resolve please answer the following.

    Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green at the bottom left of the Control Center.
    What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have your selected?
    What chart type are you using? (example: tick, minute, day)
    What From and To time is missing data?

        Question...when you do a pathping it can take 3 or 4 minutes or so to complete...
        data disconnections are often only a minute or so for me...will the pathping catch what is happening in that 1 minute period (assuming you can start the pathping as soon as possible when a disconnect occurs)...??

          Thanks for your reply.

          I couldn't guarantee that it would catch it however the faster you run it when you see the disconnect the better chance you will have of seeing why it is getting a disconnect in the results.

            Just for fun...will have the pathping set up in an open command prompt window....
            then hit return as soon as a disconnect happens...

            ....

              Hi...had a disconnect from 12 48 02 till 12 48 08...(NQ June)
              was able to start pathping within about 2 seconds (had it ready to go)...
              can you see any problems in the complete trace ?? (below)

                Thanks for your reply.

                Everything in the pathping looks good from the results. There would not be any information in here to report on to your ISP.
