      Thank you for sending those files in again.

      I am not finding exceptions caught again and I would like to take a look at your configuration file on my end if possible. I will follow up with you via e-mail to request the configuration file.

          Another piece of info that may help

          Also . . .

          I just tested on a totally separate machine.

          I opened a brand new workspace that is fresh (same NT version and relatively fresh install too).

          All I did was connect direct to TD Ameritrade only (nothing else).

          The charts are totally blank on everything even just doing that (stocks), but yet data streams to the market analyzer just fine.

            I did get the Config file, but I didn't see any of these issues on my end. Do you have a workspace I could test?

              It does it on even a blank workspace that is stock with NT (untitled). Also when connecting directly to TD Ameritrade all by itself.

              Can you check the connect with TDA on their side?

              Are there others saying they have issues with TDA?

              Maybe I should delete the connection and create a brand new connection (would that adjust anything on TDA connection if they changed something in the api etc)?

                Thank you for your update.

                This is not expected behavior, which means we have not seen this and we do not have other reports of this item.

                I tested your connection on my end and I did not see the same behavior. However, you may wish to try recreating the connection and repairing the database.
                • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
                • Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
                • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
                • Select the "Data" tab
                • Press the "Repair DB" button
                • Press the "OK" button
                • Restart NinjaTrader
                • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
