    Login Failed

    Dear NT support: Having trouble logging in. Tried on 2 different computers and getting the following message:
    " Login failed: Failed to receive LineTimeUpdate response from DataServer during login. "
    I am currently with AMP futures using a CQG connection.

        Hello Tom,

        Thanks for the post.

        Can you exit and restart NinjaTrader and then connect again.

        Let us know if this corrects the issue.

          Only a restart of the pc was able to fix the problem.

            Having the same problem.

            " Login failed: Failed to receive LineTimeUpdate response from DataServer during login. "

            Using Mirus Continuum. Restarting computer didn't help.

              Hello Larsieh,

              Can you wait for a few minutes and then reboot your machine again and see if you can connect after.

              The message is coming from the broker's servers where no LimeTimeUpdate response is received from their servers.

                  Having logging problem Getting the following message:

                          Hello,

                          We are able to connect again and strongly believe that the issue was caused because of ISP backbone issues.

                          Please exit NinjaTrader, reboot your machine and then bring up NT again and connect.

                          If that doesn't work follow these steps and see if you can connect again:
                          - Exit NinjaTrader
                          - Shut down your PC
                          - Reset your modem and router
                          - Restart your PC
                          - Bring up NinjaTrader
                          - Connect

                            I get- error on downloading replay data NT data server does not support this instrument ,no data available, i think i deleted the ES mini by mistake can you help me add it back into instrument manager, sorry if its in the wrong thread.

                              Hello Panny123,

                              No worries!

                              Can you reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset Instruments.
                              After this exit and restart NT and see if you have the ES available again.
