can't access any ICE products on Continuum

I know ICE is not supported by Kinetick, but should't Continuum pull up the data?

For Cocoa, my mapping symbol for Continuum is CCE. I have tried CCES.

Both doesn't work.

Am I am able to get data for ICE through Continuum?

Thank you for your post.

The symbol mapping for CC is CCE for Continuum. Please go to the Log tab of the NinjaTrader Control Center after setting the instrument mapping back to CCE and reloading the historical data on your chart, do you see any error messages reported? If so, please detail these in your response.

switched back it still writes

"error on loading chart data for CC 07-14 Nybot: Error on loading historical data (20013)"

What can I do to rectify?
