Can't See Level II

for some reason i can not see any Level II details on the NT while i do see on TWS .

any help ?

Thank you for your post.

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Reconnect

If the issue persists can you tell me what instrument you have selected and if you are looking at the Level II window or the SuperDOM.

well the problem persist while im looking at level II window . i do see level II on the super DOM

Can you tell me what instrument you have selected.

Also can you tell me what version of NinjaTrader you have installed which can be found under Help-->About and what build of TWS you have installed which can check under TWS -> Help -> About -> Scroll to the Build #.
