Thank you for your post.

We typically see periods of server maintenance over the weekends which can result in an inability to connect. Due to this, I'd recommend that you start by restarting the PC, modem and router then try the connection again. If you encounter further issues with this connection attempt after rebooting please let me know and I will provide further instructions.

An outage occurred today, Sunday May 4, 2014 due to the failure of multiple hardware components in the Rithmic Aurora data center. This outage was resolved at 16:14 Chicago Daylight Savings Time.

Rithmic is working with hardware and OS vendors to prevent a recurrence of this problem.
