    no connection

    Hi there.

    Have problems to get connection to datafeed.
    Until this evening no problem at all.

    Getting the following message:
    Login failed: there can only one continuum adapter running at any time.

    Thank you for your post.

    Please contact me at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140506.txt' file.

          Unfortunately I cannot find the email with the files. Could you please resend the email and include your log file as well.

          C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20140507 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

          C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20140507 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

          Please put 'Att Jason, no connection' in the subject of your email.
