How do I fix this? I cannot trade CL due to this error. I have no problems entering orders in NQ or ES.

Rejected: order routible on multiple gateways
This is the first time I've seen this message: "Rejected: order routible on multiple gateways. Exchange gateway must be provided."
How do I fix this? I cannot trade CL due to this error. I have no problems entering orders in NQ or ES.Tags: None

Hello chisel,
Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the CL and click Edit. Select the Misc-tab and enter the following symbol map for Trading Technologies.
CL|100|CME-F
Click OK and remove and re-add the CL 06-14 to your instrument list for the change to take effect. Instructions can be found at the link below.
Click OK in the Instrument Manager and check if the order rejection persists.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

My broker's TT symbol is CL|100|CME which worked for me preivously but not today. I just talked to tech support at my broker and they confirmed that is the correct symbol. I asked them to connect to TT with Ninja and attempt to place a CL order and they said they could. I also asked them to go into the instrument manager and look at the symbol map and confirm the symbol. From everything I know our symbols are the same.

The rejection error indicates a Gateway flavor needs to be provided.
CME in this setup has 3 channels:
CME-A – Currencies
CME-B - Equities
CME-F – Energies
Some Trading Technologies FCM's have introduced this. Could it be your broker did not have this, but they changed it recently? This would clarify why you were able to trade it without issue before.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

As I said, tech support confirmed I had correct symbol for CL.
Right now,
6E symbol is 6E|10000
ES symbol is ES|100
I can currently place orders in both of those contracts.
For CL, I have tried these symbols: CL, CL|100, CL|100|CME, CL|100|CME-E, CL|100|CME-F and none work. CL|100|CME is the only symbol where prices appear in the DOM.
I guess I will call my broker's tech support later today and see if anyone else knows anything.
