    Market Replay not working

    Hi,

    I tried to use market replay, but after run and conected Market Replay Connection, the candles (bars) not run.

    You can the problema in enclosed pictures.

      Who were you connected to when you recorded this data?
      Did you see real time data come in for the instrument during this time?

        Hi Brandon,

        1. Yes, I was connected in Real Time and made many trades, not simulation, in my real account in Clear (Brazil)
        2. Yes, It was opened SuperDOM and Market Analyzer

          Please send your Market Replay file for this instrument to support[dot]ninjatrader[dot]com so we may test it on our end.
          You will locate the file under the following directory in Windows
          Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\data\20140520
          The file will be named WIN 06-14.ntm
          Once located send the file as an attachment to your email and include a link to this forum topic.

              Hello,

              Data does appear to be available as I speed through the file however bar updates are sparse. Was the instrument displayed the entirety of the day? NinjaTrader will record data for the instrument only when it is being actively displayed so if there are gaps in the display of the instrument we would also see gaps within the replay data recording.

                No, It has saved partial of day.
                Can you run the data in ninjatrader?

                  Yes, the data runs and updates in NinjaTrader.
                  Load the instrument in the Orders tab of the Control Center and see if you see the rice update there

                    The Clear Investment (Brazil), sent me a new release Ninja Trader Customized by Clear and now, it is working.
                    I don't know what happened, but now is ok.
