No data for ZU ZF Future Contract through CQG

Hello,
I am connecting NT first to Kinetick EoD data and then CQG as my primary data provider. IB is connected as third source in case of.

I am loading ZN and ZB Treasuries future contract then ZF 06-14 and ZU 06-14 contracts.

Charts for ZF and ZU are loaded but I do not receive any live data. When I switch to 10min chart instead of 5 min and vice versa chart is updated. DOM ist not updated.

Are there any loaded chart restrictions in NT (running in sim mode) ??
On two other workspaces I am running ES, INDU, NQ and CL

Do you have an idea what the cause could be not receiving live data for those instruments?

Hello Trader108,

I suspect your CQG connection does not include realtime data for these instruments. Can you please check the Control Center-->Log-tab for error messages that includes FVA (ZF).

There is no ZU present by default in NinjaTrader. Do you refer to the ZT - 2 Year Treasury Notes? If so, please check for TUA in the error message.

If you see the errors, please contact your broker to enable realtime data for these instruments. Unfortunately we cannot do this from our end.

Yes. You're right.

I am getting the message: FVAM4 is not enabled for realtime quotes.

Didn't consider looking at the log centre.
