    Mirus Demo Account Value 0

    Hey guys I signed up for a demo account at Mirus and was able to see the account name DEMONT0357 in the accounts list on Ninjatrader, but the value shows as 0. How do I change the value to a higher amount?

    Hello EliteTraderNYC,

    Most of the accounts values are going to be reported from your Broker (Mirus), but could you clarify what value is showing 0 that you would like to change?

    Keep in mind that all columns may not be reported from your Broker. You may see the following link below to see what values that your Brokerage Technology reports.

      Hi, well I just want it to be so i can trade with the demo account:

      Buying Power shows as blank
      Cash Value shows 0
      Excess Equity shows blank
      Realized PnL shows blank

        Hello elitetradernyc,

        I believe Mirus uses the Continuum Brokerage Technology that will only report the "Cash Value and Realized PnL" so the rest will be blank. If your Cash Value reports as 0, I would contact your broker to see what the value is suppose to be since it is being reported by them directly.

          Hello JC, they recommended going to the tools, options, simulator and resetting it there but the mirus demo account does not show up there, any other ideas? Perhaps you should reach out to them. I also tried restarting Ninja but that does not help.

            Hello elitetradernyc,

            You will only be able to reset the Sim101 account or any other local simulation accounts inside of the Tools -> Options -> Simulator tab, you would not be able to reset any Brokerage Account Values in here.

            What did they say the value was suppose to be as this account is going to be on their servers?
