pivots not plotting

    pivots not plotting

    I like to plot daily,weekly, and monthly pivots on my chart...but it won't plot them all...it says, insufficient historical data. But it's a continuous chart going back a few yrs??? so why won't it plot my pivots in nt beta? it does plot the daily pivots, but not on all time frames...why won't it do that?

    edit, it calculates my daily es pivot at about 1300???????

    Hi,

    Can you please open up a new chart for the ES ##-##. Apply the three Pivots indicators and check if the issue persists.

    If so, please tell me what data feed provider you are connected to and what interval setting is used for the chart.

      I'm using opentick, i can get weekly and daily now, but still not monthly??still says insufficient data...and tells me to increase chart look back period...even though it goes back yrs???
      i and i can't get weekly on smaller time frame charts???

        Hi,

        Could you please send your OpenTick account connection information to support AT ninjatrader DOT com with "Attn Jason" in the subject header.

        That way, I can test this scenario on my end and see if I can reproduce this behavior.
