Kinetic End of Day missing some symbols

I was trying to get data to do daily charts of stocks.
Big name stocks seem to be available however I am missing at least one symbol.
I tried to download Workday chart: symbol : WDAY but kinetic doesn't seem to have it.
Why is this symbol missing?

NinjaTrader comes pre-loaded with the most commonly traded instruments however, you may find the need to add an additional instrument. Please follow the instructions below to add an instrument in the Instrument Manager.

From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Instrument Manager
Press the "New" button
*Enter in instrument specific information and select the appropriate exchange (add Default exchange for equities in addition to the actual exchange)
Fill in any relevant information under the "Misc" tab such as symbol mapping for your target connectivity provider
Press the "OK" button
* If you wish to add an equity, this can be accomplished without following the steps above. Just open a chart (for example) and start typing in the symbol and a new instrument is automatically created.

The instrument is now added to the master instrument list. Please follow the instructions below if you want to add this instrument to an instrument list.

Select the instrument list you wish to add the instrument to via the "Instrument lists" drop down list in the upper left hand corner
Select the exchange (Default recommend for equities) as this will route orders to your broker smart routing system
Select the appropriate expiration date if this is a futures instrument
Press the "<" button to add the instrument to the list
You are now complete and can press the "OK" button.

I understand how to add new instruments.
My question is : why is the stock Work Day, symbol: WDAY missing?
I did a full search of all available stocks in the database and WDAY is not in the list !!!
Is there a way I can get data for this stock?

I am able to receive data for WDAY from Kinetick on my end.

What interval is selected on the chart?

Are you connected to the Kinetick EOD feed or a real time Kinetick subscription?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

First I connect to Kinetic end of day (free). When in instrument manager I search for WDAY, I don't get any results. If I search for other symbols they are available just can't get WDAY!!

WDAY does not come preloaded in NinjaTrader.

Please open a daily chart for any instrument.

Once the chart has loaded, left click on the chart, type WDAY and press the Enter key.

Does the chart load?

Hello afshinmoshrefi,

To add an instrument to an instrument list you will need to go to Tools > Instrument Manager.

In the Instrument Manager window search for the instrument, select it and click the < button to add it to the selected instrument list.

Then press OK.
