format tick data for import

    Rob,

    When you create the chart you will need to include the number of days to load for all the way back to 2003. Roughly 4100+ days

    You can then type in the directly into the chart, after loading, and set it ES 03-03

        Hi,

        the 03-03 loaded correctly, but we can't load the rest of the year.
        Could you help out via teamviewer?

                  Cal is out today but you should get a response to schedule a time. Please note our support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM eastern.

                    I still didn't receive a response on my request to schedule a time for a teamviewersession.
                    My next option for this session will be this friday.

                    Do I need you to send a note for another request via Support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with ATTN Brandon or Cal?
