SuperDom in not Updating and Corrupted Instrument list

Hello,

I made changes to the Default Instrument list and now the SuperDom default instrument list is showing 6E12-13, but it is NOT part of the default list.

SuperDom is not updating with Level I for any instrument in the list.

I've uploaded a screen scrape of SuperDom beside the Instrument Manager. As you can see 6E 12-13 is not on the default list, yet it always appears in the SuperDom list and I can get rid of it.

Also if I select instrument ES 06-14, which is on the default list, SuperDom still does not update Level I prices.

Please can you tell me what I need to do to fix SuperDom

Thank you for your note.

1) Please take the following steps to remove older contracts from your SuperDOM.

* Ensure that 6E 12-13 is not on your Default Instrument list
* Open the SuperDOM and select ES 06-14 from the drop down menu
* Right click in the SuperDOM -> Properties
* Press 'Set Default'
* Press 'OK'
* Close and open a SuperDOM or restart NinjaTrader.


2) Can you check to see if your IQFeed account is subscribed to level II data?

With IQFeed, Level II data is required to receive data in the DOM. Market Depth is required for Level II for Futures.

I did as you asked. It worked PERFECT !
