Equities Range Chart

Hi, i have been using the CQG connection for plotting 50 tick range chart for futures and everything works fine.

I tried to pull up a 50 tick range chart for equities with the MBT connection but the chart is a blank.

Please can you advise if the blank range chart for equities has anything to do with the setup of the MBT connection?

Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)
Which version of the MB Trading Navigator software are you using?
Which equity are you attempting to access?
When you try to load data does an error appear on screen? If so, what does that error report?

Hi Kyle,

I'm using NinjaTrader v 7.0.1000.22.

My MBT Desktop is v 11.9.0.44

I'm trying to access AAPL. Its blank for any other equities.
However, i am able to see Forex charts properly.

No error message appears, its simply a blank screen.

Apologies, there is actually an error message that says
"Error on loading chart data for 'AAPL'; Error (errServerSideNotEntitled) on loading historical data".

Can you please contact MB Trading to confirm your account is currently authorized for data for Equities. After any changes have been made please restart NinjaTrader then test once again.
