60 Min in ^SP500

    60 Min in ^SP500

    Hi,

    is it possible to see the 60 Min chart in the ^SP500?
    In the ES 06-14 it works, but not in the ^SP500.
    If I try from the daily chart to the 60 Min chart, the daily disappears and no 60 Min chart appears.

    I am conected to Continuum and tho Kinetick and I have a multibroker license key.

    Hello Trader2012,

    Am I correct you connect to the free Kinetick EOD connection? Please note that it will only provide historical daily data and no historical minute data.

    If your Continuum connection includes index data, please check if you can load historical minute data when solely connected to Continuum in NinjaTrader.

        Please create a new ^SP500 minute chart when solely connected to Continuum and check if the requested data is loaded.

          Its not working, it doesn t load. Only daily and higher.
          Maybe the reason is that its an demo.

            Do you have "Include index data" enabled as per your Continuum connection? Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Account Connections, highlight the Continuum connection and click Change. Click Next twice and check if it is enabled. If not, please enable it and finish the connection. Subsequently check if you can load historical minute data for the ^SP500.

                Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, 60 Min in ^SP500' in the subject header.
