Direct Edition License and Stop Loss

Hello:
I'm using NT Direct Edition License with AMP Clearing broker.
I am opening and closing trades manually through the Dinamyc DOM. If I open a Long position, just by setting a short limit order OVER the entry point level it works as a Take Profit. However, I don't know how to set a limit order in order to work as a Stop Loss. If I put a Short position UNDER the entry point level, the trade closes inmediately.
How could I set a Stop Loss with long positions. Is it allowed with Direct Edition License?.

Please use a Stop Market or Stop Limit Order by using the MIddle Mouse button on your mouse.

This is my problem also. I am using AMP and direct Edition NT ver 7. I can go for example long using a limit order. I can then set a limit sell in the dynamic DOM. But I don't know how to set a stop loss? Can suggest a work around to be able to set a stop loss. Obviously, I can just watch the order and if it approaches my mental stop I can market close it. However, I don't think we are asking too much to be able to put in a stop loss. If it needs to be done through some other menu, please let me know.

Hello islandwizard,

On the SuperDOM you can place a stop limit order by middle mouse clicking on the price you want to place the order.

You can place a stop market orders by holding the Ctrl key while middle mouse clicking on the price you want to place the order.

You will want to click in the Buy column for a buy order and in the Sell column for a sell order.

This would require use of the OCO (One Cancels*Other) feature.*

This feature is not available on Direct Edition license keys.
