Custom session and historical data

Hi,
i'm trading Eurex FESX and FDAX futures.
My timezone is Paris timezone.

So trading in my timezone for these contracts is from 7:50 to 22:00.
Problem is that default timezone template for these instruments is 8:00 to 22:00.

I try to plot those missing 10 minutes with custom template. No matter what I do, even if I set a 24/24 template, I only see first trade at 8:00.

I use AMP cqg as live data, and a i think ninjatrader historical data.

Why can't I see anything beyound 8:00/22:00 ?

Thanks for your post.

Can you right click in your chart and select Data Series--> Session template--> Change this to 'Default 24/7' and see if all the data is coming in.

did that and reloaded historical data: still see same data range 8:00 / 22:00

Include in the email the following:
- The version number you're using. Our current release is V7.0.1000.23 which you can check under Help--> About
- A screenshot of your Data Series window.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
