    No Replay Control

    When attempting to run Replay on NT 6.5 v10, everything (charts, dom, control center) loads properly but there is no Replay Control to operate the charts. During several closings and openings of NT and re-boots and using different day's data, an error message appeared a couple of times requiring NT to close with the suggestion to report to NT and then to Microsoft. However, Replay Control is noticeably absent on all occasions. Please help. Thanks in advance.

        Try this -

        - Shut down NT
        - Delete only the file My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\workspaces\_Workspaces
        - Restart NT (Your will not lose workspaces but you might lose your last opened workspaces)

          Ray,
          I followed your instructions, but still no replay control. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the program through control panel/add-remove programs. Still no replay control.

            First, please update your installation to the latest (R1) from our website. I will then come back tomorrow on this issue.

            To double check, the replay control is not behind any other window?

              Allow me to re-state: I followed your instructions, but still no replay control. Then I uninstalled the program through control panel/add-remove programs and re-installed through the download on the website. Still no replay control.

                Are you by chance on a multi-display setup? Could you have potentially dragged it to the corners or onto another display in the past? This happens to me a lot and I have to go hunting for it.

                  Another try -

                  - Shut down NT
                  - Delete the file My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\workspaces\_Workspaces
                  - Delete the file My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\workspaces\Default (you will lose this workspace)
                  - Restart NT
