    Why is CQG freezing on me? Happened a lot this morning...

    Thanks for your post.

    Please email support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com your log and trace files for us to look into this.
    In the message include a link to this forum topic.


    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20140613.txt"
    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The NinjaTrader trace file will be named "trace.20140613.txt"
    The CQG trace file will be named "CQG.20140613.txt"
