missing historical data

After I restarted ninja, I noticed missing historical data for ES 09-14, for June 11th and 12th. Can you please update ninja historical data.

or can you upload June 11th and 12th ES 09-14 and NQ data. This is for CQG.

Please advise what period type you are seeing the missing data on. Example 1 Minute Chart.
I am not seeing any missing data, are you seeing missing data for both ES and NQ?

Looks more like incorrect ES data from ninja historical server for CQG. I didn't have this gap before restarting ninja and reloading historical data. I haven't changed any ninja settings after ninja restart.

Can you please investigate incorrect ES data for june 11th midnight. This shows up in tick/minute charts.

Can you upload correct ES data. I am using ninja version 7.0.1000.22

I am not seeing the same gap. Please go to Tools > Options > Data > Merge Policy > set the Merge Policy to MergeBackAdjusted > OK. Then reload all historical data on your chart. Does this correct the gap in the chart?

I always had "MergeBackAdjusted" in settings, didn't change settings.

I upgraded Ninja to latest 23 version and then reloaded historical data. And now data appears correct. May be Ninja historical server data was updated last evening to reflect correct data.

ES 12-14 missing minutes/tick data

After, I restarted and reloaded NT7, I have missing historical data for ES 12-14. I loaded a minute chart and see missing data from Dec 5th to 11th.

Can you please fill the data in Ninja historical data server.

minute data is missing. I didn't check if tick data is also missing

CQG is the only connection.

Since data appears to be available in full when testing here I would recommend that you try the following:
Shut down NinjaTrader.
Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder.
Delete the sub-folder named Cache then restart NinjaTrader.
Finally, reconnect to CQG and reload ES 12-14 minute data.

Finally, reconnect to CQG and reload ES 12-14 minute data.

Thanks Kyle. I tried deleting the cache folder in DB,but it didn't work. Then, I tried deleting the data from data-edit tab for December month's minute data and restarted ninja and reloaded data,..and it worked and it now shows good Dec minute data.

But then again,..the problem came back,..after I plotted a ES 03-15 chart,which shows fine without missing minute data,..but on plotting ES 12-14 minute chart it has missing minute data for Dec 12th (00:30 onwards) till Dec 12th end of day.

Hi,
I have also missing data from the current ES contract 03-15

date is December 16th
there are around 5 bars missing on the 5min RTH chart

Hist. data man. shows gaps in the minute data

Who do you download your Historical Data from? Who are you connected to in NinjaTrader? This is displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the Control Center in green.
