silver chart doesnt work

hi,
i have a problem with the silver SI chart,
the chart is on default 24/7 but i get allot of gaps between the candles and cannot see all of the candles...

Which type of bar is requested in your chart? (tick, day, minute, etc.)

Which data provider are you using with NinjaTrader?

Thank you for clarifying.

Can you please select the Nymex Metals/Energy ETH session template in the Data Series menu of the chart. The 'Default 24/7' session template can create gaps as it does not exclude the time when the SI is not trading. The Nymex Metals/Energy ETH session template does exclude this.

Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and you select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

If the issue remains, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check if all requested data is loaded.

If charts still do not load as expected, please clarify what data is missing or send me a screenshot.

Do you notice any consistency between the missing candles?
