    delay in data

    i have to reset my data base and repair the data base on ninja trader 3 to 4 times a day in order to get the real time ticks without any delays.
    im with AMP futures and CQG is my data provider, never had a problem before but about 3 days ago i upgraded my computer to windows 8.1 pro ,since then im encountering this problem , i own ninja trader platform.
    please advise me how to fix the problem ASAP.

    Thank you for your note.

    Can you tell me the following:

    - What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.xx

    - What instrument have you selected? If a Futures instrument, please include Front Month (Example: ES 09-14)

    - What chart interval is selected? (5min, 4 range, etc.)

    - Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.

      ES 09-14
      5MIN,15MIN,TICK CHARTS
      No Error message , there is couple of yellow line about the session template which is no longer exists,ninja trader will use the session template.

        Please reset your master instrument list.


        To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


        Once the reset is complete, restart NinjaTrader.

          did it , will monitor it for a day and let you knowperhaps tomorrow if its not resolved.
