    Hello dwhall,

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.

    2.) Your most current trace file.
    You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100528.txt'.

      NTV7B16 not connecting to TD Ameritrade: NT6.5 Fine

      Hello Alwood, Aligator and Kyle:

      Just a note that I have not been able to connect using NTV7B16 for two days. I have sent the trace file to Kyle for review.

        NTV7B16 still not connecting to TD Ameritrade: NT6.5 okay

        Hello:

        Just a note to say that I also completely uninstalled NTV7B16, deleted directories,etc. and then reinstalled NT7B16 and still could not connect to TD Ameritrade's servers. I have been using NT6.5's latest version since Friday with no problems. Can we get an earlier NT7 beta version (say version 14) to see if it will connect? I have some friends that have version 15 and are experiencing the same problem, however they aren't familiar with how forums can be used as a possible way to find answers to questions. So I figured to go back 1 version from theirs and see if it works okay. Thanks.

            NTV7B16 Connection good on trading day

            Hello Kyle:

            Just letting those know in this thread that it connected fine this morning. As for possible reason, I don't have the foggiest idea. Good thing we have NT6.5 to fall back on. I would suggest to all current users who have previously had a good connection and are unable to connect: Do NOT delete or reinstall anything. It is a waste of time ... especially over the weekend. It will connect okay the next actual trading day. Just my 2 cents.
