    Migrating Ninjatrader to another drive

    Hi there,

I have added a new partition to my hardrive and installed Windows7 and Ninjatrader on it.
I did a backup from NT on my old Win XP- partition and restored this on
    the new partition.

I can now access instrument list, scripts and imported historical data from NT on the new partition. But when backtesting a strategy, I get error messages stating that
the filepath for accessing some data was not found.
I guess this is due to some indicator scripts that still point to the old partition which is
under Win 7 not called C anymore, but D.

So here is my question: Are all those imported data during Backup Restore process
copied to a folder at the new partition? In that case, I would have to change thet paths in my scripts accordingly.
If not, I would like to create one, since I will delete the old XP-partition in the future
and still need access to my imported historical data.

    How to proceed?

    Hello Stephan123,

    Thanks for your post.

Yes, these files should be integrated to a new directory on the new drive.

I would recommend to see if you have compile errors
To do this go to Tools> Edit NinjaScript> Indicator
Select ANY indicator and press OK
Right click on the indicator code and press Compile
