    Ask and Bid stuck

    I've got ES 09 T&S open. The numbers scroll down in the lower part of the window, but the ask and bid (and the numbers to the right of that) are stuck - they are not changing. The volume figure is changing though.

    Why is this and how can I rectify it?

    PS: The same behaviour is also happening the market analyser. Ask is stuck on 1952.75 and bid is stuck at 1955.

    Also the colour in the lower window for EVERY order going through is the "Above Ask" colour i.e. zero contracts are happening at the bid.

      Thank you for your note.

      - What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.xx

      - Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

      - Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.

          Hello,

          Thank you for the update.

          Upon testing on my end, I can receive quotes in the Time & Sales window with the Bid and Ask updating in real time.

          The only difference is i'm using NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.23.

          You may want to upgrade, but I would also suggest opening a new Time & Sales window and seeing if it has the same behavior.

          Use the following link to download NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.23. You can register your current license key which can be found under the Control Center -> Help--> License Key



          Close NinjaTrader before installing.
          Since this is an over-the-top upgrade, you will not lose any chart templates, workspaces or other custom settings.

            I did try new T&S windows etc. Everything I could think of except shutting NT down and restarting. In the end, I had to concede defeat and restart NT. It worked fine after that. Thanks for your help.
