I'm brand new to ninja trader and am noticing that on certain networks, (i.e. when I'm not on my home network), I'm unable to connect to the CQG Demo Feed. I've done a few searches for the error I'm getting and here on the forums, the answer seems to usually be that there is a known issue and that it will be resolved soon. I am simply wondering if when I get the below error, is it a matter of perhaps the network I'm on is blocking this type of traffic? Or, is the CQG demo feed prone to going down during trading hours? I'm wondering this because when I'm at home I don't seem to have a problem - but that's usually during non-trading hours.
