TD Ameritrade & NT Don't match

    TD Ameritrade & NT Don't match

    Looking at CL historical data at July 21,2008.

    TD Ameritrade software is at 132.75 High of day. Couldn't attach pic.
    Ninjatrader with Kinetick is at 179.99 High of day. See Pic

    I trust TD ameritrade stand alone software.

    I tried reload NT Historical data but did nothing.

    why is this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

    I suspect that you are comparing NinjaTrader's extend trading hours bar with a 24 hour bar. Please create a new 1440 minute chart using the Default 24/7 Session Template setting then check bar values again against the new 24 hour bar chart you've created.

      I made new CL Chart from Data Series

      1. 1440 Minutes
      2. Scrolled down to Days, entered 2700
      3. Scrolled to Session Template: 24/7

      connected to Kinetick. Chart only loads 4/22/14 thru 6/29/14.

          I've tried your suggestions but nothing works. I called IB and they said the problem is not from their end. They do not have the historical data anymore from 2008. they only go back couple years.

          I use the NT Free Kinetick (end or day) for historical.

          The CL price is 180 in 2008.See Photo.
          All other platforms show price at 130-140 range.

          I tried reloading historical data but no luck.
          Please help. This affects all historic indicators as well with price being off.

            Hello santafe,

            Please go to Tools > Options > Data tab, set the 'Merge policy' setting to 'MergeNonBackAdjusted' and press OK.

            Then right click on the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.
