No connecting

    No connecting

    Hi,

    in the left corner of the control center is "Connecting - Continuum", but its not green.
    What can I do? There is no connection.

    Kinetic, End Of Day is connecting, but the Continuum not since today, I dont know why.

      Hello Trader2012,

      Unfortunately there seem to be some ISP backbone issues, which cause CQG/Continuum/NinjaTrader Continuum demo connections not being able to connect successful. We are able to reproduce the issue when testing demo connections in Hungary, while the same demo connections connect successful in Germany.

      If possible, I suggest to try a different internet connection and check if this allows you to connect.
