Empty chart - futures

Hi there,



I can't open any futures contracts charts. They stay empty and don't draw anything. When opening forex charts every works perfectly.

I'm trading on Ninja Trader 7.0.1000.22
I'm connected to MBTrading. They offer futures and I have loaded enough days of data.

Does anybody know about the problem?

Thank you for your post.

Can you tell us the following:
- What Session template have you selected in the Data Series window? Can you change this to 'Default 24/7'
- What happens when you right click in the chart--> Reload all historical data?
- Is there an error message listed in the log tab of the control center?
- What version of the MBT Navigator window do you have installed? The official supported version is 11.9.0.44.

Hi Vince,

Session template is set to 24/7.
Didn't do anything when I reloaded all historical data.
No error message in the log window
MBT is on version 11.9.0.44

so no solution for my problem yet.

Hello,

Can you please send an email from within the software under Help--> Mail to support. Make sure that Log and Trace files are checked and include a screenshot of a chart and the Data Series window.
To get to the Data Series window--> Right click in the chart--> Data Series.

Put in the subject 'For Vince' and refer to this thread.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
