    Hello, I try to connect with a demo FXCM account and when I connect appears the next error:Login failed: Cbi.Connection,ConnectNow:Failed to call |Adapter.Connect: Could not load file or assembly 'pricehistorymgr_net, Version=2.3.1309.316, Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=null" or one of its dependencie
    Could u help me? thank you

    Thank you for your note.

    Please revert to the previous version of NinjaTrader, 7.0.1000.23.

    1. Close all running applications.
    2. Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs.
    3. From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 7 and click Remove.
    4. Once these steps are completed, download NT7 from the link below:


    * http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration

    You will not lose any chart templates, workspaces or other custom settings.

    Select 'Previous Version' 7.0.1000.23 from the list.

      i am having the same problem. I deleted previous version and then downloaded recommend version and still same problem.

        Thank you for your note.

        What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.xx

        What is the error message you are receiving?

        Is it the exact same as the one you see in post #1?

          I am having the same error message when I try to connect.

          Yes, exact same message. I am using version .24.

          I appreciate any help.

                Very strange as this should normally do the trick.

                Just to be sure, can you check under Help--> About and confirm you see 7.0.1000.23 listed as the version number.

                If it is please send an email to 'platformsupport at ninjatrader dot com' and refer to this thread. Put in the subject 'For Vince'. Then include in the email your configuration file so we can test on our end to see if we can connect.

                • You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
                • (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

                Once located, please attach the config.xml file to your email
