    Problem loading TF data

    Hi all,

    I am trying to load TF data into NT. The problem is I keep getting the following error " Error on reloading data: Error on loading historical data.(20013) Panic."

    I have tried repairing the db and resetting the db to no avail.

    any ideas?

    Thank you for your post.

    So I may investigate this matter further please answer the following questions.
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • What expiry is selected for the TF?
    • What interval is selected for your chart(s)? (Example: Tick, Minute, Day, etc.)
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      version is 7.1000.22 64 bit
      I am connected to Interactive brokers and kinetick paid service.
      expiration date is 09-14
      I am trying to load minute level data.
      the error pops up on the screen and the same message is in the log.

        Thank you for your response.

        Please reset your instruments and test downloading the data again. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

          I reset the instruments and still the same message.

              Hello Ragdoll,

              My colleague pointed out to me that this is actually the standard message from Kinetick when requesting ICE data as it is not supported by Kinetick.
