    missing data in chart after restart NT

    Hi there.

    After restarting Ninjatrader.I opened a new chart. In this chart I miss some weeks of data now.
    I've done the steps described in this thread

    What do I have to do to solve this issue?

    Thx in advance.

    Hello Rob,

    Can you please tell me to what data feed provider you connect. I assume you have the ES 09-14 selected.

    Are you able to select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

    What rollover dates you have listed for the 09-14, 06-14 and 03-14 expiry months? You can find the rollover dates as follows. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager. Highlight the ES in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit. Select the Misc-tab and scroll to the bottom. Select the 'Contract months' row and click the '...' button that appears. A new window will open up which will list the expiry months with the rollover dates.

      Hello Jason.

      I'm connected to Continuum and I've selected ES 9-14.

      I'm able to select Reload All Historical Data. No success.

      Roll over date 03-14 12-12-2013
      Roll over date 06-14 13-3-2014
      Roll over date 09-14 12-6-2014

        Thank you for clarifying.

        I am not able to reproduce it on my end when I test Continuum.

        Can you please shut down NinjaTrader and navigate to the folder below.

        C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db

        Transfer the tick, minute, day and cache folders to your desktop. These folders contain all historical data you have present.

        Start NinjaTrader and check if the issue remains now that all data is loaded fresh.

                Hello Rob,

                I have not received the files so far. Did you see a pop up message that informed the files were sent successful? If not, please send me the log and trace files manually.

                Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send it to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com. Put 'Att Jason, missing data in chart after restart NT' in the subject header.

                C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20140714 for yesterday. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

                C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20140714 for yesterday. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
