    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

In order to import and view this data you will need to change the file name to ^NIFTYF.Last.txt and the data format is in the required format as referenced at the link below:

      HI,
      Thanks for the reply.

I tried renaming the file, since then I getting the error of " 7/17/2014 12:15:43 PM|2|4|Unable to import data for MetaStock symbol 'NIFTYF1': Instrument is not supported by repository." In the Log.

(Ive added "NIFTYF1" in Instrument Manager as INDEX )

i tried converting the data in Metastock format & tried to Import the Master file Via Historical data Manager -> Format -> Metastock.. By changing the instrument name as "NIFTY".
Now the file is been successfully been imported, But Iam unable to see anything on chart.

      Thanks again!

      Santosh.

This would need to match the file symbol name for example if your file name is ^NIFTYF mapping would need to be NIFTYF.

              Hi,

              Hi,
Iam Still unable to Import/convert the Amibroker Historical 1min data to Ninja format,

I tried ascii2nt utility but even it does not seems to solve the issue.

The format Iam trying to convert:
              "
              BANKNIFTY,20140101,09:16,11481.20,11515.00,11481.1 5,11489.25,17325
              BANKNIFTY,20140101,09:17,11493.95,11494.30,11487.2 0,11488.00,7950
              BANKNIFTY,20140101,09:18,11490.00,11496.65,11489.7 0,11492.05,7725
              "

After converting the above data through ascii2nt, The format is as below:
              "
              FTYBAKN 2014010100;09:29;11466.55;09:29;11466.00;11470
              FTYBAKN 2014010100;09:30;11470.00;09:30;11470.00;11473
              FTYBAKN 2014010100;09:31;11472.90;09:31;11470.55;11473
              "
After converting Ive named the file as " BANKNIFTY.Last.Txt" and also tried with " FTYBAKN.Last.txt" then added FTYBAKN as INDEX in Instrument Manager.

              But No luck..
Can someone please help me on this please.

              Regards

              Santosh.

I have attached a sample of what the format should be, keep in mind this is for the TICK Index however will give you guideline of the format required.

                  Thanks,

I got the point. the only problem iam getting is between Date & time as iam getting a "," or ";" between the two. i.e "20140701;093000" where as it should be "20140701 093000"

Can you please guide to how the same can be done.
As Ive tried converting the data from METASTOCK Downloader, ASCII2NT.
                  But not not succesful.

                  Thank you again,

                  Santosh
