Market Analyzer cell condition for Net cahange

I am trying to change the color for background of Net Change.
IE.. "if net change is greater than plus 1% paint background blue"
" if net change is greater than minus 1% paint background red"
I have tried everything I can think of but it either colors everything one color
or nothing colors.

please help

let me try to clarify.
when any market goes up over 1% i would like cell back ground to paint blue
when any market goes down over -1% i would like cell back groung to paint red

when i input greater than "zero" (paint blue)
and i input less than "zero" (paint red)
it works fine but once i deviate from zero in does not paint correctly
or only paints red or blue.

so basicly if market is up 1% or higher i would like net change background to be blue
and if market is down 1% more i would like it to be red.
with no change in cell color if market is in between up 1% and down 1% (or-1%)

Can you attach a screenshot of the Market Analyzer Cell Conditions for the indicator column to your response so I may investigate these conditions further?
