History data received, but rt-chart not updates and bid/ask/last not indicated

UBSN|CHIXCH

This situation and with BATEDE,BATEUK,BATECH

Try tickers:

DCX|BATEDE
BLT|BATEUK
UBSN|BATECH

Ps. This direct route ticker, and Ninja must work with this

Thanks for your post.

We only support TWS 944.3. Can you please uninstall your TWS and then install version 944.3 from our website here:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGuides/Interactive-Brokers-Connection-Guide.php

Furthermore, if you would need to custom map those exchanges (your | xxx), then it would not be fully supported. There is a chance that it might or might not work, we just don't guarantee any function using the approach you are taking.
