New chart bars are not being displayed

Hi there,

I'm using Renko bars.

I've noticed that my charts don't show new price information. It's like they are "frozen" until I click on the actual chart - and then I'll see the new bars appear.

The reason I know this is happening is because I can hear my indicator signalling but can not see the new prices. As soon as I click on the chart, the chart displays all the new bars.

Is there an option I have to tick in order to enable "automatic horizontal scrolling as prices move over time"?

Do you see an arrow in the upper right hand corner of your chart? If so can you please left click on the arrow to bring the chart to the current bar and let me know if the issue persists.

If you do not see an arrow please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
