    Data for SI not updating

The Sept contract for SI is stuck at .2 (that's 20 cents). I have tried restarting Continuum, and that does not work. The time & sales chrt shows that traders are buying SI at 20 cents....the CME shows 19.85. There will be a lot of busted trades.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Which type of bar is used in your chart? (tick, day, minute, etc.)
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I am using 64bit version 7.0.1000.25, 20 minute charts, no errors on the screen.
The log says "CQG Adapter SubscribeMarketDataResolve. F.US DA6.M14 could not be resolved"

        Hello,

Based on this message I would recommend that you contact your broker to confirm that the account is authorized for real-time SI data.

OK, I don't know why that would be the case since I have been using RCG as a broker since last January, but I'll check.

Data for HG 09-14 is stuck at 0.0230 and SI 09-14 is stuck at 0.200 from session open, all time bars are O=H=L=C.
            Tried 1M and 15M.
I'm using NT 7.0.1000.25 with Continuum

The problem is still persist, no SI and HG data (history and real-time) from session open.

                Please update...

You are talking about both history and real-time data?
If yes, that means that CQG/Continuum users can't trade these instruments during all this week.

                    Looks inappropriate to me…
                    What about server backup?

                      Hello,
I understand your frustration and we are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved.
Our development team is looking into this with CQG as they have changed the format in which this data is provided. Our settings are correct and it properly displaying with other providers such as Kinetick. At this time we are working with CQG to see what change was made on their end and why to see what needs to happen to resolve.
Thank you for your patience during this time.

Symbol map needs to be changed

I was able to fix this problem by changing the Symbol map for CQG to SIE and then restart the program.

Same here, as it seems to be clear divide/multiply by 100 issue

+ same to Continuum & Rithmic

HG and SI is working fine from session opening, but still there is no history data of all the last week for both instruments.
