How to reserve blank bars space for display displacement indicators?

Can someone help me to load a chart without press Right Arrow key a few times to display displacement future indicators at the right side of the chart. I want to reserve a number of blank bars space at right side for future prediction when NT7 draws the chart. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us.



Please right click in the chart and select Properties. Increase the value of the 'Right Side Margin' property to increase the amount of space which you would see displayed by default.

Thanks for your reply. Your solution can help me reserve a future bars space. But NT7 still has a bug, which cannot display an indicator at future bar that was by entering a displacement greater than 0, after change Margin Property. Please fix this bug ASAP. Thank you.

Thank you for the follow up.


I am attempting to test this situation on my end but require more information from you or clarification on the bug you are experiencing.


I am able to plot an indicator displaced forward after modifying the right side margin.


Can you please provide me with a screenshot showing this bug or let me know the settings you are testing with so I can attempt to reproduce this on my end?

I have tested again. Please see attached image. It doesn't show displacement indicator. Even I create a new chart and use basic SMA indicator. Please test that after you save the template, then reload the chart. To see whether it shows indicator shift forward bars or not. Thanks.

Thank you for the follow up and for providing the screenshot.


As I re-create your settings on my end, save the chart template and then create a new chart with this template, it holds the displacement parameter and when I adjust the displacement it move the indicator forwards or backwards depending on my displacement value (negative or positive number)
