Login Failed: CQG Instrument metadata not available

    Login Failed: CQG Instrument metadata not available

    I was paper trading ES when as soon as I bought I was instantly up $200+.
    So I logged out and logged back in,
    Now I get login failure

    Login Failed: Exception of Type. CQG TRader Data Access Sesion Manager Instrument metadata not available Exception was thrown.

    I tried to login again and a new error msg: Failed to receive LineTimeUpdate response from Dataserver during logon

    Please advise

    Also getting said error message on CQG. My guess is with the flood of volume on Russia news (Volatility explosion) the servers were overwhelmed.

          Hello,

          Thanks for your posts.

          CQG/Continuum have reported they had a small issue and they are aware of it and looking to resolve.

          I will update with more information once it is available.

            I'm with AMP/CQG. I didn't have any issues with login but I am getting constant disconnects today - have never seen it like this. It does automatically reconnect after a few seconds without having to logout or take any other action. Is this related to the CQG/Continuum issue, or extreme volume due to Russian situation? Thanks

              Thanks for your reply.

              I would recommend testing once we report that the connection has been resolved.
              If you then still see this you can email us your log and trace files to look into this further by going to Help>Mail To Support
              Ensure to include information about your inquiry in the message

                I too am with AMP/CQG and while I sometimes get disconnects for a few seconds, today I got all this wacky pricing and now cant log me in.

                  what's exactly the issue

                  I have CQG/AMP, usually never a problem...
                  but today it has been hinky all day
                  and still can't log in ...

                          Everything seems to be working correctly again. Has CQG given the all clear to live trade yet?

                              Tests on our end seem good. CQG has informed me that they will be sending out an official statement to their users shortly.
