    Interactive Brokers connection problem

    Hi, when I started Ninja Trader today this Error message have appeared (see appendix).
    Could you help me to solve it please?

    Hello Petr,

    Can you please check what NinjaTrader and TWS versions you have installed. You can check this at Help-->About (TraderSWorkStation). Make sure you have our latest NinjaTrader version installed - 7.0.1000.25.

    If not, please download and install the latest NinjaTrader version from the link below on top of your current version. Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down when installing the new version.


    We currently support TWS 944.3. If you have a different version, you can download and install it from the IB connection guide below.


    Please check if the connection error persists once you have these two versions installed.
