    No Live data with Continuum demo

    Hi Support and Community,

    the Continuum demo shows no live data and freezes after connecting.What`s the possible issue could be?

    So that I may investigate this matter further please contact me at Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140818.txt' file.

      What that may mean ''DEMONT05953!"

      I have a several of them in the Accounts window?How do i delete them?

        Hello,

        This would be the account assigned to the demo login which you are using. There is no way to delete the account.

          But i re-installed the platform and removed all the folders associated with Ninja,beside the 'db'
          folder with data.Where did those DEMONT came from?

            If you are still connected to the demo account which you mentioned earlier that is where the account is coming from.

                Hello,

                Unfortunately, the accounts cannot be removed from the Accounts tab of the Control Center when connected.
