    TICK Data

    Hello

    I can't put tick chart ,How comes?

    The smaller time frame that I have is 1 minute.

    During the configuration of connection I have abilitatded the tick data.

    Thanks for your post.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)


    Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.


    What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?


    Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      the version is 64 bit 7.0.1000.25
      connection is with CQG
      the instrument is ES 09-14
      no error displayed

        Forgot is demo

        I have 2 icons on the desktop one 64 bit and other one 32 I guess.

        I lunched both but the same problem

          Thanks for your reply.

          Please disconnect and go to Tools> Options> Data> Reset Instruments
          Exit NinjaTrader and open the following directory in Windows
          (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
          Delete the contents within this folder
          Restart NinjaTrader and test

            ok I fixed my Ignorance on the program.

            But now I have to load the historical data seems.
