Recording Live Market Stock data

Hi all,

I'm looking for some help with recording live market data of particular stocks in Ninjatrader. I've managed to get the recording working of all the stocks in my market analyzer, but everytime I switch my instruments in the Market Analyzer I get an error, see screen shot:

"Error loading chart data for (Instrument): Ninjatrader data server does not support this instrument., no data available."

How do I fix this or disable this? Its extremely annoying and interferes with playback.

When you see this message who are you connected to? This is displayed in green at the bottom left of the Control Center.

Are you using your live license key or an invalid one on playback?

My Ninjatrader is the full license and upon boot shows check marks for the following see below screen shot:

- Simulated Trading
- Live Trading
- Multi Broker

Thanks for your reply.

When in Market Replay if you right click on the chart do you have the option to select Reload All Historical data?
If so your license is enabled for historical data and as you are opening these charts it is requesting data from the server however there is no data for this instrument on the NinjaTrader server. If you connect to your real time data feed and download the historical data for the time being played/days to load selected this may prevent this message.

Yes, when I right click I have the option of reloading historical data.

Well, it is working, just not cleanly. I suspect you will continue to have this problem.

But try 1 more thing - in Tools->options->data->uncheck "Get data from server (if available)'
That's a long shot.
