NDX data Range Bar MB Trading

Hi all,

I tried to load a chart for the NDX Index market. Data provider in this case is MB Trading.
Everything works perfect when I'm using a time based chart for example 5 min.

But software freezes when I'm using a Range Bar chart after loading the data in his data base.

I have already changed the symbol mapping ($NDX) for MB Trading in the Misc tab.

Any help would be great

Thank you for your post.

Can you tell us what version of NinjaTrader and MBT Navigator window you have installed.
For NinjaTrader please check under Help--> About, our current release is 7.0.1000.25
With MBT make sure to be on version 11.9.0.51.

thanks for your response. After this I thought this is it, because I had installed an old version of the MBT Navigator (11.9.0.44).

Now I'm running NT 7.0.1000.25 and MBT 11.9.0.51, but unfortunately with the same effect. As soon as I change my NDX chart from 5min to 7 Range Bar, software freezes (exactly it seems to calculate the new chart (chart screen is black), but after 5 minutes or more, nothing happens).

Can you send an email to 'platformsupport at ninjatrader dot com' and refer to this thread. Put in the subject 'For Vince'.

Include your latest Log and Trace files in the email.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20140822.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20140822.txt"
