no live data rithmic

Hi anyone experiencing issues with Rithmic data
I am using NT7 v25 amp/rithmic and showing connected but have no live data.
any ideas?

I do not know of any standing issues which would prevent data from being available. Can you provide an example of the instruments which you are trying to access so that I may further test here?

Hi Kyle I have tried CL 10-14
ES 9-14
When open a chart shows 2 bars 18:01 and 18:02
NQ 10-14 does not event show that just as of friday 17:15
Have tried changing session template to 24/7 also resetting instruments and restarting
Connection says Connected and is green
